Description

It is the juice extracted from sugar cane, dehydrated and crystallized only by evaporation. This type of sugar does not undergo any type of refinement, nor any other type of chemical processing (addition of clarifying agents, flocculants, etc.). It is a very nutritious product that preserves all the properties of sugar cane (minerals and vitamins). It is even better than blonde or brown sugar because of its peculiar way of crystallizing sugar. The advantages of granulated panela with respect to conventional sugar (blonde or brown and white) are abysmal, the differences arise from the elaboration.
