Description

Ducray Keracnyl Repair Compensating Cream 50ml is a cream that helps to nourish dry acne-prone skin caused by hygienic and drying treatments.

Its composition with niacinamide works by soothing the skin, relieving irritation, preventing dryness and reinforcing the skin barrier. In addition, it does not affect the skin's oil balance, is non-comedogenic and therefore does not interfere with the treatment of acne.

Instructions for use

  • Apply a thin layer of cream on the face 1 or 2 times a day.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Glycerin, also known as glycerol, is a viscous, colourless, odourless liquid that is an intermediate product of alcoholic fermentation and is a member of triglycerides. It is highly valued for its moisturising and emollient properties and is therefore widely used in cosmetics.

One of the best-known products with glycerine as a base component is soap. These soaps have a low pH and work as emollient agents on the skin, helping it to maintain and recover its natural moisture level. This is why they are perfect for sensitive or dry skin hygiene.

Glycerin is also present in moisturising creams with an anti-ageing effect, thanks to its ability to soften the skin and increase its elasticity. It has great soothing action, so it effectively reduces irritations, acne marks or small burns, helping accelerate healing. It is also present in shaving lotions, as it reduces friction, as well as in hair care cosmetics such as serums and masks.

My dermatologist recommended another product from this brand similar to this one and it worked well but I noticed that my skin was not well hydrated, so I took this one. For now I'm happy, it's the first time I notice my face is hydrated.
