Description

Cream to create dressings, creates a layer (in contact with the wound) composed of 3 hydrocolloids (pectin, gelatin, sodium carboxymethylcellulose) distributed in a matrix of adhesive elastomeric polymers. Provides the creation of a moist environment (in contact with exudates, the hydrocolloids form a gel). Creates a hypoxic environment, allowing better revascularization. Protects skin areas at risk. Impermeable to water and air. Creates a physical barrier against bacteria and viruses. Resistant to friction and shearing.
