Instructions for use
-Shake the bottle before taking the product.
-Dilute 10 ml in a little water and take 3 times a day (about 30 ml.), 10 minutes before each meal.
-Recommended daily dose: 3 caps of 10 ml (about 30 ml) = 48 mg of organic silicon of natural origin (103 mg of silica).
-Number of doses: 33 doses of 30 ml.
