E'lifexir hair redensifier 30caps is a food supplement that combines extract of serenoa repens, grape, millet, vitamin D3 and L-cystine. It provides nutrients that strengthen and improve the condition of the hair. In addition, it promotes protein synthesis, protects against oxidative damage, helps normalize hormonal activity and control stress and the main causes of hair loss.

Thanks to its copper-based active properties, it promotes normal hair pigmentation and gives the hair a natural colour.

Instructions for use

Take 1 capsule a day with the main meal along with a glass of water.

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
