Easy Cup Menstrual Cup M 1ud is a medical silicone container designed to collect menstruation, as an alternative to tampons.
It is inserted into the vagina and adapts to the vaginal walls, collecting all the flow inside. It can be worn for up to 12 hours inside, and has unlimited use for 10 years, which leads to significant savings.
The M size is indicated for women over 30 years old or those who have not had a vaginal birth.
Before the first use, sterilize the menstrual cup in boiling water for 2-3 minutes.
Fold the menstrual cup and orient it with the opening facing up, towards the vagina.
It can be inserted while standing, sitting, or squatting.
When emptying it to change it, pour the contents into the toilet.
Wash the menstrual cup with hot water and soap and reinsert it.
At the end of the menstruation, sterilize it again before the next use.
