Canchaque Natural Roast Coffee is a pure Arabica coffee, which comes from the Marcelino Vasquez Huaman Cooperative in the High Andean Sierra of Piura, Peru. It is distinguished by its fine and delicate aroma, flavour and good body, typical of coffees cultivated in high altitude. It is harvested under shade in an organic agroforestry production system. Its aroma is mild, not very bitter, with a perceptible acidity to the palate in a soft way and an aroma of fruity touches and wood, usual in its variety.
