Manual toothbrush, made of European beech wood, black bristles 100% of vegetable origin and recycled and recyclable packaging, ideal for people concerned about the environment. With rounded bristles and soft hardness, which are indicated for optimal oral hygiene in people with sensitive gums. Soft head, which helps deep cleaning of the teeth avoiding injuries to the gums.
Wet the toothbrush and add a small quantity of toothpaste.
Place the toothbrush forming a 45° angle with the gums and brush gently in a circular motion.
Brushing time should be a minimum of 2 minutes, on all surfaces of the teeth.
Brush the tongue to kill bacteria and to maintain a fresh breath or use a tongue cleaner.
Rinse your mouth.
To maintain good oral hygiene, you should brush your teeth with a fluoride toothpaste two to three times a day, once in the evening. At least 2 minutes should be spent to ensure proper cleaning. You can supplement your oral hygiene routine using a tongue cleaner, an interdental brush and a mouthwash to reach the less accessible corners.
The toothbrush bristles wear over time, so it is advisable to change the brush every 3 months or sooner if there is obvious deterioration. Remember that if the end of the bristles is very deteriorated, it may not provide optimal cleaning and may cause micro trauma to your gums.
Go for regular check-ups with your dentist to ensure good oral health and hygiene.
