Endocare Renewal Retinol Serum 0,2% Pure Retinol 30ml is an intensive serum that helps improve the appearance of the signs of aging in the skin.

Its formula with 0.2% pure retinol helps to visibly reduce wrinkles and expression lines and unify the texture and tone of the skin to improve its luminosity and appearance. It also facilitates intensive epidermal renewal and, as it is encapsulated, it penetrates much better and promotes tolerance in sensitive skin.

Suitable for all skin types, and for those who are new to the use of retinol. Not suitable during pregnancy and lactation, or in case of taking medication for acne.

Instructions for use

  • Shake before use.

  • Apply in the evening to clean, dry skin on the face.

  • When using retinol cosmetics for the first time, they should be applied progressively to check skin tolerance, from 2 days to a maximum of 5 days per week.

  • During periods of use, avoid sun exposure or use high sun protection daily.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Retinol is a very interesting ingredient for skin care. It is a derivative of vitamin A and has been proven to have immediate and long-term effects. It is ideal to treat skin with spots, blemishes or skin showing signs of ageing. Why? Because it is one of the only cosmetic ingredients that can reverse oxidative damage in the skin. This results in improvements in hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, firmness and pore size.

If you are using a product with this ingredient for the first time, we recommend that you introduce it gradually: 2-3 times a week until your skin gets used to it. It is normal for small irritations or spots to appear during this process (known as retinisation). If this happens, we recommend spacing it out even more until you can use it as indicated by each product (usually every night). It is best not to start using it during the summer if you are just starting. During optimisation, include in your routine a very gentle cleanser and, if needed, a supplementary barrier-strengthening moisturiser (for example, with ceramides or other protective lipids). Don't forget to apply sunscreen in the morning!

We also advise you not to mix it with other active ingredients such as acids (AHA, BHA, vitamin C, etc.) in the same routine, unless instructed by your dermatologist. If you have any questions or do not know if this ingredient is suitable for you, consult a professional.
