Description

Insoles that help prevent and relieve fatigue, muscle and joint pain (knees, hips, back), tendonitis and leg cramps. To act in coherence with the biomechanics of the foot during these different phases, each zone is made of different materials depending on the area of the foot with which it will cooperate. In the heel it contributes greatly to the absorption of ground/foot impact and protects the joints, tendons and muscles. In the entire forefoot a synthetic foam, releases more energy than it absorbs (52% on average), essential during the propulsion phase. This results in better performance, greater efficiency of movement when walking or running, less fatigue and less risk of trauma related to compensatory reflexes. Aeroshoes microporous Aeroshoes membrane has been specially chosen for its sweat absorption and desorption properties. Ideal for sweaty feet. The extra thin black fabric (100% polyester) in contact with the foot provides additional comfort and helps the sole dry quickly.

Instructions for use

The physio dynamic insoles are designed to be used with socks. In sports shoes, place the soles as a replacement for the insole. In city shoes, it is recommended to provide an additional size.
