Description

Dried thyme leaves for infusions. Esprit Bio calls this product Respiration, alluding to the beneficial properties of this plant for the respiratory tract. Infused thyme helps to relieve coughs and has expectorant properties. Its antibacterial and antiviral properties help to alleviate the symptoms of catarrhal processes in general.

Thyme is grown in Egypt and its production complies with European organic certification standards.

Instructions for use

Add one teaspoon, per 250ml of water, in a cup, teapot or infuser ball. Steep the tea, filter if necessary and drink hot or cold. Read the directions on the package before brewing. Water temperature, as well as steeping time, may vary according to the type of tea or infusion.
