Etixx Isotonic Drink Tabs Lemon 3x10comp are effervescent tablets that help reduce fluid retention and stimulate the thirst reflex. Made from salt (sodium), which acts as an isotonic soothing agent. Additionally, it is gluten-free, lactose-free, and soy-free. Suitable for warm climates. Suitable for vegetarians.

Instructions for use

Dissolve 2 effervescent tablets in 500ml of water. Drink at least 500 ml per hour of exercise. In warmer temperatures and during intense exercise, it is recommended to drink up to 750 ml or 1 litre per hour.
