Description

Eucerin AtopiControl Soothing Bath Oleogel 400ml is a shower oil for dry skin that helps keep the skin hydrated.

It is made with a high content of lipids, including omega 3 and omega 6 oils. The lipids contained settle in the superficial layers of the skin, creating a protective barrier against external agents that can irritate it.

It is made without perfume, without preservatives, without parabens, without artificial colorants, and without alkaline soap, and it is also suitable for babies.

Instructions for use

Apply Eucerin AtopiControl Soothing Shower Oil on wet skin. Rub it in your hands to create foam or apply it directly to the body. Gently massage your face and then rinse thoroughly. Pat your skin dry with a towel, without rubbing. Avoid contact with the eyes. The body gel for atopic skin can also be added to babies' baths. For optimal results, use it in combination with Eucerin AtopiControl care products.

Glycerin, also known as glycerol, is a viscous, colourless, odourless liquid that is an intermediate product of alcoholic fermentation and is a member of triglycerides. It is highly valued for its moisturising and emollient properties and is therefore widely used in cosmetics.

One of the best-known products with glycerine as a base component is soap. These soaps have a low pH and work as emollient agents on the skin, helping it to maintain and recover its natural moisture level. This is why they are perfect for sensitive or dry skin hygiene.

Glycerin is also present in moisturising creams with an anti-ageing effect, thanks to its ability to soften the skin and increase its elasticity. It has great soothing action, so it effectively reduces irritations, acne marks or small burns, helping accelerate healing. It is also present in shaving lotions, as it reduces friction, as well as in hair care cosmetics such as serums and masks.
