It is a point against the fact that the image is not faithful to reality. The cap is screw capped and not as shown in the picture. It is true that I was very kindly attended and if I had wanted to I could have cancelled the order, but I still say it, because I think that the images should be binding. The customer would not be disappointed and in the long run it would be better for everyone.
