Instructions for use

1) Wash before use with a neutral soap and allow to air dry.

2) First apply a little water-based lubricant to the entrance of the vagina and massage gently for 2 to 3 minutes.

3) Start the treatment with the smallest element. The vaginal area can be exercised for 10 to 15 minutes by making small movements to and fro. One session a day is enough.

4) When exercises with the smaller element allow a comfortable introduction, continue with the larger elements.

These soles are very good to put in bare feet because you can't see them. I would have liked them a little wider under the soles of the feet for more efficiency.
