Promotes proper intestinal transit

Description

Dietary supplement in tablets. Ingredients based on extracts of kiwi, cascara sagrada and boldo, increases intestinal transit. It relieves and improves constipation, regulates digestion and promotes the formation of the fecal bolus. Its action lubricates the intestinal villi and promotes an optimal state of the microbiota.

Instructions for use

Take 1 to 2 tablets when lying down with a glass of water.

Pharmaceutical Advice

To prevent constipation, it is important to maintain a good water intake and eat a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruit, as well as whole grains to promote bowel regularity. These foods provide both soluble and insoluble fibre, both of which are necessary for the digestive system.

Exercising regularly is also advisable. Fibre-rich food supplements or plant extracts can also provide additional support. On the other hand, laxative medications (oral or enemas/suppositories) can alleviate occasional constipation and provide fast relief. These medications are not suitable in certain situations.
