A food made by maturing the ingredients, soybeans, salts and cereals, for about a year in large cedar vats. The miso is used to produce a dark and very tasty paste that is mainly used together with the cubes of broth in the preparation of soups, sauces and various condiments. Johsen Rice Miso, produced with soybeans, brown rice and salt has a pure and intense flavour. Contains soybeans. May contain traces of gluten, peanuts and nuts. It is recommended to store and keep in a cool, dry place.
