Food made thanks to the maturation of approximately one year, with the ingredients; soy, salts, and cereals, carried out in large cedar tubs. Miso is used to create a dark and very tasty paste that is mainly used along with broth cubes in the preparation of soups, sauces, and various seasonings.
Johsen Rice Miso, produced with soy, brown rice, and salt, has a pure and intense flavor. It contains soy and may contain traces of:

- Nuts
