Description

Horsetail contains biochemical components such as mineral salts, especially silica, potassium, calcium, magnesium and aluminium. Vitamin C, carotenoids, flavonoids and kenferol glycosides. It may help reduce fluid retention and may have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.

Instructions for use

For each cup to be prepared, add a tablespoon of tea and add boiling water. Leave to infuse for a few minutes, stirring once or twice. Strain and serve hot or cool with ice cubes. The intake should be repeated 3 to 4 times a day, on an empty stomach and after meals.
