Fixomull® skin sensitive: Extra soft for sensitive skin
Sensitive and already damaged skin needs special protection when fully securing dressings. Fixomull® skin sensitive has been specifically developed for the safe and gentle care of very sensitive skin, such as:
- Baby skin
- Aged skin
- Paper-thin skin
- Skin treated with corticosteroids
- Skin subjected to frequent strong fixation
The silicone application offers reliable adhesion and ensures a atraumatic and low-pain dressing change. This helps prevent skin damage caused by the adhesive.
The soft polyester veil is characterized by high comfort of use. Very flexible and elastically extensible, it adapts perfectly even to highly mobile body parts with marked shapes. Thanks to the breathable materials for air and water vapor, the risk of maceration is also reduced, supporting the healing process. Fixomull® skin sensitive can be cut to size as needed. The application is quick and easy. For an optimal fit, the dressing can be repositioned several times without losing adhesion or leaving adhesive residues on the skin.

Instructions for use
Suitable for securing dressings and compresses, as well as for the safe fixation of probes, catheters, and measuring elements. Fixomull® skin sensitive can be individually cut to the desired size.
- Cut the necessary amount. To prevent the dressing from peeling off prematurely, it is recommended to round the corners of the adhesive dressing with scissors.
- Remove half of the protective film and stick the dressing on the affected area.
- Now remove the second half of the protective film and fully adhere the dressing. If necessary, Fixomull® skin sensitive can be repositioned several times. Finally, smooth it out.
