Description

Flamigel wounds and burns is a healing gel that reduces the formation of scabs in this type of wounds. Wounds heal 40% faster if they are free of crust. This gel also provides a cooling sensation after application. This healing gel is suitable for wounds, cuts, grazes, first-degree burns (reddened skin, pain, dryness or peeling of the skin, sometimes blisters) and sunburn. Flamigel transforms dry wounds into moist wounds through the "hydrogel" effect. The water contained in the gel is absorbed by the wound. Thus, if it is a moist wound, Flamigel absorbs the excess liquid. A wound treated with Flamigel always has an optimal level of moisture, heals faster and scarring is less likely to occur. This healing gel comes in a 100 g tube.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Healing creams and solutions support the wound-healing process caused by burns, chafing and minor surgeries, helping reduce discomfort, accelerate healing, and make the scar less visible.

These products usually contain disinfectant and regenerating ingredients, which can also come from plant extracts such as hypericum or tea tree. Remember that protecting the affected area from sunlight is very important to avoid hyperpigmentation or secondary discolouration.

Before using a healing and disinfectant cream, gently wash the area with water and neutral soap, and dry it well before applying the product. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist, who can tell you if it is suitable for your type of wound and how to use it correctly.
