This product is easy and instant to prepare, simply by adding 30g (8 tablespoons) to 200-220ml of warm milk and stirring until fully dissolved. It can also be prepared in water. Fontactiv 8 Cereales contains a blend of cereal flours (wheat, whole wheat, rice, corn, rye, oats, buckwheat, spelt, and barley), inulin, minerals (calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, selenium), fructooligosaccharides, and milk protein (milk).
