Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Preparation with milk: To obtain a drink, add in a large glass the contents of one sachet (30 g) in 200 ml of milk. Stir until completely dissolved.

Preparation with water: To obtain a drink, add in a large glass the contents of two sachets (60 g) in 200 ml of water. Stir until completely dissolved. Preparation suitable for people with lactose intolerance.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Fish oil is a dietary source of omega-3 fatty acids, which protect the cardiovascular system with antioxidant properties. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) are the most important omega-3s.

Maybe I give him 3 stars for:- need that the water or milk in which he dissolves are hot, if not, they are lumpy.- the flavor is really rare, it does not look like coffee.
