J'avais l'habitude de consommer de la vitamine C chimique à la rentrée et avant le printemps mais depuis que j'ai testé cette vitamine C naturelle, je ne change plus. 1 comprimé par jour pendant 2 mois et je me sens en pleine forme !

L'origine 100% naturelle , le dosage à 120 mg par comprimé correspond mieux à mes besoins que la 500 ou la 1000 , car je suis Chirurgien-Dentiste , je travaille 12 h par jour , et je préfère un apport doux et progressif tout au long de la journée qui maintient ma vigilance sans m'énerver plutôt qu'une une dose plus importante qui m'énerve au début puis m'épuise après De plus la consistance fait que les comprimés sont faciles à croquer et le goût est juste sucré comme il faut , ni trop ni trop peu , pour éviter l'acidité ! Dommage qu'on ne le trouve pas facilement dans toutes les pharmacies !
