It is a dietary supplement that helps you to maintain comfort, flexibility and mobility of the joints.

Its very complete formula contains 11 ingredients:

- A high dose of glucosamine and chondroitin, two essential components of cartilage associated with a sulfur compound: MSM (Methyl-Sulfonyl-Methane).
- Collagen type II: the main protein that specifically constitutes the articular cartilage; a trio of plants: harpagophytum, ashwagandha. turmeric that helps keep joints flexible and mobile; vitamins and minerals to promote the formation of cartilage and bone and limit cell degradation.
- Turmeric contributes to joint flexibility and comfort.
- Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation to ensure normal cartilage function.
- Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bone and muscle function.

Instructions for use

Take 4 tablets a day for the first few weeks, then 2 to 4 tablets as needed, preferably before meals with a large glass of water (200 ml).
