Instructions for use

Open all the zippers and insert your foot into the knee pad, with the widest opening facing upwards. Slide the knee brace down to the knee, making sure to place the kneecap in the opening. Secure the top closure. Secure the top closure. Adjust both closures until a firm but comfortable support is achieved.
