Galeno Elastic - Adhesive Dressing (Prec)

Galeno Elastic is a skin tone adhesive dressing made of elastic fabric, specially designed to protect and care for small wounds. These bands are breathable, comfortable and have a central absorbent cotton compress that helps keep the wound clean and dry by absorbing excess fluids or blood.

Manufactured with elastic fabric that provides flexibility and adjusts perfectly to different areas of the body, allowing unrestricted mobility. They are ideal for wounds located in joints and flexion areas such as fingers, knees, elbows, feet or wrists.

In addition, Galeno Elastic contains zinc oxide with anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties that promote healing and prevent infections. This product includes 6 strips of 19x72 mm, 4 strips of 25x72 mm, 2 finger strips of 2x12 mm and 2 cutting strips of 10x6 cm.
