Dolomite is a bicarbonate of calcium and magnesium mineral that will give you extra calcium and magnesium. Composition

800mg tablets with 425mg dolomite, 60mg magnesium carbonate and 40mg dicalcium phosphate. Each tablet provides approximately 140mg of calcium (17.5% RDA), 110mg of magnesium (30%) and 7mg of phosphorus (1% RDA).
