Description

GHF Sot-Prost is a food supplement made up of different substances attributed multiple properties to:

  • Saw palmetto, is a plant whose fruit is used to treat inflammation of prostate and benign prostatic hyperplasia. Saw palmetto reduced urination and excretion becomes less difficult.
  • Cat's claw, which comes from the forests of Peru acts on immune systems, cariovascular and gastrointestinal. Its high composition in glycosides, which are anti-inflammatory and antiedemicos make that cat's claw will serve to treat all kinds of inflammations.
  • Zinc is an essential micronutrient, found in most foods, particularly in seafood, meat, nuts, beans and whole grains.

Instructions for use

Take 2 tablets three times a day, between meals.

Composition

Saw Palmetto extract (150mg, 5:1 extract, equivalent to 750mg of powdered fruit), Korean red ginseng (10mg, 10:1 extract, equivalent to 100mg of the powdered root), Uña de gato (50mg), Chelated zinc (25mg, equivalent to zinc 2.5mg = 17% CDR). As excipients, microcrystalline cellulose, and magnesium stearate.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
