FEATURES: The Manugib® Rhizarthrosis Immobilisation wrist orthosis is indicated in rheumatology for the pathology of Rhizarthrosis. This orthosis supports the spine of the thumb while preserving the trapeziometacarpal joint. It also helps prevent deformity of the thumb spine. The rider is adjustable to adapt the orthosis to each deformity. The immobilization for rhizarthrosis is complementary to the Manugib® Rhizarthrosis Function wrist orthosis for the global treatment of the disease. INDICATION: Rhizarthrosis: Acute phase: continuous use day and night. Subacute phase: use depending on pain. Chronic phase: night use to prevent deformity. APPLICATION: Place the orthosis on the hand like a glove. The palmar splint should be centered. Tighten with the tab to obtain a firm but comfortable fit.
