Description

Glaan Dagrees 60 pcs is a multivitamin supplement that reinforces energy and vitamin intake thanks to components such as iron, zinc and calcium . These minerals help to strengthen the skin and hair. In addition, they participate in the formation of keratin.

It also contains vitamins A, B, C, D, E and beta-carotene, which have an important antioxidant action for the body. In addition, it includes amino acids L-cystine, components of the keratin protein that favor a good hair structure.

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement.
