Description

Dietary supplement. Recommended as a regulator of the nervous system, rheumatic pain, various pains, convulsions, muscle spasms, demineralisation, bone decalcification, obesity, immune system stimulant, asthenia in the elderly. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed recommended doses. Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature below 25ºC, away from light and heat.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to take 1 to 3 bottles a day, preferably in the morning, before breakfast. According to optional criteria. It is recommended to hold the contents of the bottle under the tongue for 1 to 2 minutes before swallowing.

Composition

Per 1 vial: distilled water (2 ml), magnesium gluconate (1.8 mg).

Magnesium is a mineral needed for the different processes in our body, as it helps to maintain the regular function of the muscles and the nervous system. It is an essential nutrient for serotonin production (a neurotransmitter) and contributes to bone health. In supplement form, magnesium helps to reduce fatigue and tiredness, as it plays an important role in obtaining energy in the body's cells. There are several magnesium salts, which is why food supplements may have slightly different properties depending on the salt they contain. Excessive consumption, or in more sensitive people, may have a laxative effect. It is therefore advisable to seek expert advice if supplementation is used. Remember that a dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
