How to take GlucoSport Complet

It can be ingested directly from the drinkable ampoule or diluted in any hot or cold liquid. The recommended amount is 1 to 10 ampoules/day, depending on the intensity and duration of the exercise. It can be taken at any time of the day, before, during or after exercise.

I was already familiar with this product and recommend it for low blood sugar. The shipment was on time. I opened the first box and it came with traces of dry sugar, a sign that one of the ampoules is broken and has leaked.
