It is a Granero Integral cereal made from corn and buckwheat, one of the healthiest varieties. It has a crunchy texture and the taste is delicious. Corn provides soluble fiber and B vitamins, magnesium and beta-carotene. Buckwheat is rich in antioxidants, minerals such as calcium, iron or potassium, and vitamins among which vitamin K stands out. It can be eaten at any time of the day. They can be consumed alone as a snack or in drinks of different types. It is a great source of fiber and vegetable protein.
