Grassolind Neutro is a woven gauze impregnated with a non-medicated ointment, designed to be permeable to air and exudate. Its thick layer of ointment remains on the wound even in the presence of heavy exudation.
This product can be easily adapted to the necessary size and is effective in the general treatment of wounds, keeping the surfaces and edges of the wound soft and elastic. It is indicated for:
- Abrasions
- Skin lacerations
- Burns
- Plastic and aesthetic surgery
- Covering donor areas for skin transplants
- Securing skin grafts
Additionally, it is suitable in dermatology, especially for patients with sensitive skin or sensitivity to certain medications, as it has been formulated not to cause sensitization or allergies during prolonged use.
