Description

Spray for antiseptic cleaning of wounds. This spray offers protection against possible infections that can be generated in an open wound, helping the healing process and being very respectful with the skin. Its easy application means that it can even be applied face down for greater comfort, and it does not stain clothes. It is indicated for use on cuts, abrasions, first and second degree burns, open blisters, chronic wounds and for post-operative wound care. The size of its container is ideal to carry always with you, being able to use it at any time and place.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Menthol is a compound extracted from plants such as peppermint (Mentha x Piperita) and can also be manufactured synthetically. As an ingredient in gels, creams and lotions for topical application, it has a well-known cooling effect, as well as being a mild antiseptic and analgesic. These properties make it suitable for mitigating joint and muscle discomfort in the context of exercise or daily wellness.

It is also used as an ingredient in cosmetics that can help to refresh and soothe the itching caused by eczema or dermatitis. In hair products, such as shampoos, it provides freshness. And in the oral health category, it is often present in toothpaste and mouthwashes, as it will contribute to a fresh breath.

In case of allergy to the substance, chronic respiratory diseases, and in young children, do not use products with menthol and consult a healthcare professional.
