• Acute wounds in the early and epidermal phase (ulcers, pressure sores, diabetic foot)

Its very fine mesh facilitates atraumatic dressing changes. Its impregnation based on triglycerides allows:

• Gas exchange
• Protection of the wound and the surrounding skin
• Support for the epidermis by providing energy to the keratinocytes
