Description

Gypsum bandages protect broken or cracked bones, helping to relieve pain and swelling. They can also be used to support muscles and ligaments, preventing the bone from moving.

Hartmann Platrix® plastered bandage is made of high quality white conventional plaster and is combined with a cotton base that protects against skin contact and is highly resistant and does not fray. In addition, it can be molded for approximately 3 minutes, reaching full solidification after 24-48 hours.

It is recommended that the area be covered with low gypsum protective material before use;

Protects against movement and slipping with Hartmann Platrix®.

Instructions for use

Immerse the plaster in water for a couple of seconds, drain off any excess water and apply to the damaged area avoiding tightening the bandage.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Those lesions that have been plastered cannot come into contact with water, so it is recommended that when showering, the area be waterproofed using a bag and adhesive tape that does not damage the skin.
