The Algalin Dha Vegan Soft is a dietary supplement based on plant-based DHA that supports brain, visual function, and the proper functioning of the heart. It is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
It is recommended to:
- Take at least 250 mg of DHA per day to fully benefit from its properties.
- During pregnancy and breastfeeding, supplement the diet with 200 mg of DHA per day, in addition to the daily recommended amount of Omega-3 for adults (250 mg of EPA and DHA).
The intake of DHA during pregnancy contributes to the brain and visual development of the fetus and breastfed babies.
Each soft capsule provides:

It is recommended to take:
