Health 4U Chitosan 470mg 30caps is a dietary supplement formulated with Chitosan, a fibre that, once it reaches the stomach, is neither digested nor absorbed and which, being an acidic medium, helps to trap lipids that pass through the stomach and eliminate them in the faeces. This helps to eliminate fat and contributes to weight loss and appetite control. It also helps to control cholesterol levels and provides a large amount of nutrients, such as calcium.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to take 3 capsules a day. Two before lunch and one before dinner.

Composition
