Heliosar Prinadap 60caps is a food supplement based on vitamins b1, b6 and b12 and plants of traditional use that helps regulate the central nervous system. it also contains extracts of wild poppy, mugwort and marjoram, which contribute to relaxation and combat nervousness and insomnia.

vitamins b2, b3, b6, b7 and b12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function; chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism. gluten-free and lactose-free.

Instructions for use

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. It is recommended to take 2 capsules per day, divided in two doses.

Vitamin B6, also known as pyridoxine, is a water-soluble vitamin needed to form neurotransmitters (nervous system messengers) and adrenal hormones. It is also involved in the proper functioning of the immune system.
