Herbora Organic Silicon 1l high qualitysilicon and easy assimilation. Obtained from a standardized dry extract of bamboo. It is in monomer form , it does not form polymers, so it is easier to assimilate.

Take 30 ml a day with the measuring cap. Preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.

    My experience is not to be repeated. I ordered a bottle of organic silicon. I usually buy it in a local store but this time I was already buying something else online and I had to look for it. I was looking at many and finally I ordered one whose description only described as ingredients "Dry Bamboo Extract, Silica, Zinc and Biotin" When I get the order I find that it also contains syrup of syrup, inulin and xanthan gum. Ingredients absolutely unnecessary for the effectiveness of the preparation (the preparation that I buy in the store does not contain similar additives) but which are also not harmless because I, for example, do not tolerate inulin. Now I find myself with 1l of a preparation that I am not going to take and that I have already paid for because its description was incorrect.
