Soybean oil, calcium carbonate, sulfate iron, inositol, choline birtrate, l-cysteine base, beeswax, l-methionine, l-cysteine, colloidal silica, niacinamide, soya lecithin, riboflavin, thiamine, áPara-aminobenzoic acid, pyridoxine, zinc sulphate, l-lysine, cyanocobalamin, calcium pantothenate, magnesium sulphate, copper sulphate, biotin, folic acid, brewer's yeast.Capsule: gelatin, glycerin, water.

Pharmaceutical Advice

L-cystine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that is contained in keratin, the protein that makes up nails and hair. A good dietary intake of L-cystine therefore contributes to good hair and nail health. Food sources of L-cystine include meat, cephalopods (such as cuttlefish and squid), nuts and seeds, and spirulina algae. It can also be added to the diet in the form of a booster supplement. Taken with vitamin B6, it is a good support for healthy hair fibre formation and nail growth.
