Description

Dietary supplement based on brewer's yeast and wheat germ. Brewer's yeast provides mainly B vitamins, proteins and some minerals. The germ is a part of the cereal, in this case wheat. It contains vitamins, fatty acids and minerals such as zinc and magnesium, as well as fibre. Wheat germ and brewer's yeast are used in many cases as supplements for the treatment of nails, hair and skin. They are also considered beneficial for the control of cholesterol and blood sugar, thanks to the fiber it contains.

Instructions for use

How to use: you can add leva-germ to any dish, whether sweet or savoury recipes, from breakfast to dinner. Add a little in a bowl with cereals or yogurt, either milk or vegetable. Also in soups, creams and vegetable purees. You can even sprinkle some on salads and pasta dishes. And if you mix them with ground nuts, you can make delicious vegan cheeses!

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
