Description

Dietary supplement formulated with choline and inositol, the formula acts mainly on the good distribution and degradation of lipids, as well as in the formation and maintenance of nerve cells and the transmission of nerve impulses, by the close relationship they have with neurotransmitters.

The composition helps in nervous disorders because it has been seen that in these cases the levels of these vitamins are low. In addition, it contributes to improve intestinal peristalsis, digestive function, muscle strength, concentration capacity, memory and brain health in general.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Inositol is an organic compound from the polyol family that has pseudovitamin (Vitamin B8) properties. It is a component of the cell membranes and is especially present in the central nervous system and muscle tissue. It is fundamental for communication between cells. It is also involved in lipid metabolism. We should consume it through our diet because it is involved in normal mental function maintenance and other physiological processes related to fertility and thyroid function.

Rich sources of inositol include whole grains, nuts and legumes. As an ingredient in dietary supplements, it can support these functions, although there are no standardised recommendations on its use. Therefore, in the context of certain diseases or dysfunctions, it is advisable to get personalised advice from a healthcare professional when considering taking a supplement. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
