Description

Infusion based on Propolis (Pennyroyal). Its intake provides beneficial effects for the body:

  • Promotes digestion by reducing gas and other stomach discomfort.
  • Antispasmodic.
  • Expectorant and refreshing properties that relieve catarrhal and flu processes.
  • Sedative and relaxing effects.
  • Antipyretic.

Instructions for use

Infusions are made by putting a tablespoon of product in a cup, to which boiling water is added. Let stand for 3-5 minutes, covering the cup to prevent the loss of volatile compounds. Then filter the water to remove the flowers. It can be sweetened with sugar, artificial sweeteners or honey. You can drink 3-4 cups a day, preferably after meals.
