Using water-based lubricants can also facilitate sexual intercourse. All of these products are complementary products and have a specific function. It is always advisable to combine the use of these products with proper hygiene habits, a varied diet that includes quality fats (olive oil, nuts, etc.), as well as following your gynaecologist's instructions in each specific situation.
