Description

Polaar Iceberg Water Glacier Springs Moisturiser is a gentle, marine-scented cream made with 95% natural ingredients.

Rich in Hyaluronic Acid and Thalassiosira Antarctica, a seaweed extracted from the depths of the Arctic Ocean, this cream replenishes skin cells with water. Skin is left refreshed, plumped, replenished and intensely hydrated.

For all skin types, dehydrated, normal to dry.

Dermatologically tested.

Mineral oil free. Phenoxyethanol free. Paraben free. Alcohol free.

Not tested on animals. Vegan.

Hyaluronic acid is a substance contained in many tissues in the body. It is found in the dermis of the skin and in cartilage. It has great capacity to attract and retain water. So much so that it is capable of absorbing up to 1,000 times its own weight in water. As time goes by, the body's production of this substance progressively decreases, which means that the skin loses hydration and, with it, elasticity and firmness. This also happens to the joints, where the cartilage loses its water retention capacity and becomes stiffer. This great moisturising power has made hyaluronic acid a widely used ingredient in cosmetic products and it is a great ally for dehydrated or uncomfortable skin.
