Description

It is a delicious breakfast cereal made from organically grown corn flakes of superior quality. Made according to the traditional recipe, which achieves the typical aroma of corn flake. It is excellent with pieces of fruit and nuts. To be eaten with soya shake, yoghurt or natural fruit juice. Generally, a serving of consumption, provides an average of 5% to 7% of the Guideline Daily Amount (GDA) and for children's cereals are around 10% of the GDA normally constituting a small part of the sugar in the diet while providing vitamins and minerals.

Instructions for use

To be consumed directly. Can be combined with milk, yoghurt or vegetable drink.
