Description

The texturised soy that brings Int-Salim is a non-irradiated organic food ideal for vegetarian and vegan diets. The taste and smell of this product is pleasant, good complement to make different dishes. It is necessary to hydrate it before cooking; it will only be necessary to introduce it in a container and cover it with water for about 15 minutes. Soy protein is commonly used as a meat substitute. It is low in saturated fat and salt and a great source of fibre. Textured soy is also rich in isoflavones that have an antioxidant function in the body.
