D-Mannose 2000 mg, Cranberry Extract (Vaccinium Macrocarpon L., Fruit, 50% Proanthoacianidins) 300 mg (150 PACs), Birch Extract (Betula alba L., Leaf) 100 mg, Vitamin C 80 mg (100% V.R.N.), Zinc 10 mg (80% V.R.N.).
